Fascia Boards

Our fascia board is the perfect product for new homes or for replacing old fascias.

Available in standard profile or a distinctive sculpted ogee style, the board is strong enough to be fitted directly onto roof rafters. It’s easy to fit and makes a smart improvement to any home.

Revamping your Roof

Adding a fresh roofline can be like a facelift to the outside of the house, instantly providing a clean and modern look whether it’s a first installation or a replacement of an old system.

Classic white PVC still rules the market but new options coming onto the market offer profiles designed to look like mahogany, oak, rosewood and plain black.

Soffit Boards

Our range of stylish soffits will enhance any home and is available in colours and styles to suit all tastes. Boards are easy to fit and are fully compatible with our fascia systems for an exact colour match. The colours precisely match our windows and door systems too.

Fascias and soffits are often made with traditional wood, they are usually high up and behind guttering and are very difficult to maintain.

Fascias run alongside the roof and protect the rafters from problems such as damp, ensuring the wood underneath does not get damaged.

Soffits lie under the fascia and protect the bottom of the rafters that make up the skeleton of the roof.

Together soffits and fascias form a sealed off box that keeps everything underneath safe.

It is widely recognised that the maintenance burden associated with timber panels on a roofline, is no longer acceptable when compared with modern UPVc materials which will not rot, warp, bend or discolour.

By replacing your decaying wood with UPVc, you will virtually be able to fit and forget them.

The effect on the appearance of your home will be instant as smart new fascias and soffits replace your existing rotting timbers and peeled paint.

Older Homes

In older houses most soffits and facias are made from wood which needs to be regularly painted and maintained. After a while, the paintwork blisters and uncovers the untreated wood beneath.

Once rot begins to spread this can affect the integrity of the whole roof. Leaking gutters are one area where people notice a problem straight away. When water during a rain storm starts falling in the wrong place it is imperative that the guttering is repaired straight away.

Give an old house a new look, refresh a new house with a damaged roofline or just give your roof a tidy finish which also helps keep it waterproof and dry; we can give you a huge range of choices and take care of complete installation to the highest quality standards.
